While a guest at Selvig
House Bed & Breakfast, we will pamper you with a candle light
breakfast served in the spacious dining room. Typically your
breakfast includes fresh baked goods, fruit, juice, milk, coffee
or tea, and a main entree. There are always jellies, jams and
other special items included. Please make us aware of any special
dietary needs that you may have; we will do our best to
accommodate your needs. Other amenities:
- Soft drinks & mineral water; coffee's usually on.
- Afternoon/Evening snacks.
- Off-street parking.
- Large yard; some game equipment available.
- Shelter for your bicycle & motorcycle.
- Friendly conversation.
- Free WIFI
Selvig House is a great setting for small retreats and family
gatherings; use the enclosed porch, dining and living rooms as
needed.

Two Night minimum on Weekends (Friday & Saturday) from June through October

Winter Rate at $110 from December to April
* If both Selvig and Doris' Rooms are rented together; two or three people at $175 and four at $200
Our rates are for two persons per room; state and local lodging tax not
included..
Although a full deposit is required, it will be refunded if the
cancellation is received two weeks prior to arrival. With less
notice, there will be every effort to fill your room and, if
successful, your deposit will be refunded.
Policies
To ensure the comfort of all our
guests, smoking is not permitted in the residence and we have no
accommodations for pets.
Our intent is to provide a quiet environment for
adults to enjoy and relax and our accommodations may not be of
interest to children. Please inquire.
Our rates are for two persons per room; state and local lodging tax not
included..
Cash / Check Accepted.
Check-in time: 4:00-6:00 PM; please let us know
if you'll be arriving earlier or later. Check-out time is a
relaxed 11:00 AM.
